Well we are locked and loaded for the first NZFXUG meeting. Heres the skinny:

There is plenty of street parking down Saint Benedict's St, and you can walk up between Benediction cafe to the stable, or for those late runners there is usually a couple of parks down the end of Stable lane after 6. I will be milling round out the front ( look for a small blond fella with a beer in his hand )

We will have some honored Adobe guests over from Australia for this first meeting, so its a good chance to shout them a free beer and make some new friends.

Who will show us a little about the upcoming Flash CS and flex integration, Life-Cycle Data Services and a few other general Adobe bits and pieces.
I will update with who else will be coming over once they have things booked.
Hopefully I will have Jed Fisher or one of the developers from Right Hemisphere down to show a few things they have done with Flex.
And the Outsmart boys might have a few pretty samples to show.
I need to know if anyone else wants to show anything, as we have limited time, and I hear its bad form at meetups to run over time.
Also to celebrate the first ever meeting I have a few copies of the "Apollo for Flex developers" Orielly book to give away, AS3 Class diagram and Flex Frame work Diagram posters to hand out (these suckers are huge, so if you need to wallpaper the house ), Plus various other tid bits to coax you guys in.
I will organise some free beers and some pizza so confirmed numbers are important. If you have any specific dietary needs please let me know.
